End User License Agreement

Before accessing the software, carefully read the terms and conditions of this license. By clicking "i accept," you are acknowledging that you have read and understood the terms and conditions and you consent to be bound by them and are becoming the licensee to this license. Data Protection

The information provided will be used by SSS in activities related to compliance with the REACH Regulation. By clicking on the “I Accept” button below you agree that we may process your personal data. The data will be handled in accordance with data protection law. You also agree that SSS may share certain data with the European Chemicals Agency if required.

Intellectual Property rights
All Intellectual Property rights provided to the LoA buyer for the purposes of the sale of the Letter of Access are the property of the SSS. The LoA buyer is not entitled to copy such data (except as permitted by law) nor is the latter entitled to use or authorise others to use it for any purposes outside compliance with the REACH legislation.

Limitation of Liability

SSS is not liable to Licensee for any consequential, indirect, incidental other damages or losses, including loss of profits.

Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with Swedish Laws without giving effect to its choice of law provisions. The Language will be English.
