Letter of Access for the registration under REACH for {{ userData->cas_name }}

Dear Sirs,
“Lead Registrant” agrees that the data of substance {{ userData->cas_name }} mentioned in this Letter of Access may be used by following non Lead member

For the following substance details as its mentioned volume bands

in order to support their registrations to Regulation (EC) No 1907/2006 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 18 December 2006 concerning the Registration, Evaluation, Authorisation and Restriction of Chemicals (REACH)”.
The right to refer to the joint submission is subject to the following restrictions:
- The right to use is limited solely to fulfill registration for the substance {{ userData->cas_name }} only under REACH.
- The right to use is only granted in favor of the above named company. Lead Registrant has the right to sub-license the right to use this Letter of Access to joint registrants under obligation to register the substance according to cost model mentioned in SIEF.
- This Letter of Access shall under no circumstances be construed as granting above listed company any property rights whatsoever in the studies.
- This Letter of Access does not include the updates requested by ECHA in future and all non-Lead members shall have to contribute towards the information if requested by ECHA in future.
Special provisions only for above mentioned company are
- If co-registrant has other uses which are not presently covered in the lead dossier, Lead Registrant will include the uses provided by co-registrants in the lead dossier and provide the updated CSR including the additional exposure assessment to co-registrant without any extra charge.
